How to advertise your Cyprus Property with us .

After you have contacted our Lettings office, we will then visit the Cyprus rental property, for photographs and to collect our information on the local surroundings, and details of the villa or apartment you are looking to find tenants for. Owners contact details will be kept on file, and the marketing of your Property will begin. Once a copy set of keys is obtained from the owner *  please note we will not market any Cyprus property without our own set of keys *  we will then arrange viewings, and contracts for renting,once a succesfull tenant as been sourced.  The first months rent is our marketing fee for the property.  Cyprus property management services are available via our Associates regards maintenance once the property is occupied by the tenants.
