Tenancy agreement for Cyprus property

We will be expected to complete and sign a Tenancy Agreement which gives you the tenant,legal rights, along with the same for the landlord according to Cyprus accomodation law.You must however be fully conversant with the obligations of the tenancy agreement and be aware that failure to adhere to all the tenancy agreement terms and conditions and pay the agreed rent on the dates agreed will jepordise your rights to stay in the rental property. The agreements need to be verified by a solicitor, and are a legal document.

Please ensure you read and fully understand all the terms and conditions on the tenancy agrrement especially clauses for bond or security deposits,rental payment terms and dates, and communal fee payments. The agreements will be 12 month rentals with options to roll over the tenancy nearer to expiry.
